He has been a partner at Schalch Sociedade de Advogados since 2008, head of the litigation area. He stands out for his experience in strategic civil litigation, mainly in the corporate and contractual areas, with great expertise in the insurance and reinsurance industry, and strong practice in complex contracts and business arrangements, advising clients in cases of great relevance, technical complexity and high financial value, both in extrajudicial proceedings, preventing litigation, as well as in administrative, judicial and arbitration proceedings.
