At SSA, valuing diversity has always been part of our values and we are certain that awareness is the first step towards building a more sustainable and balanced future for everyone.

To disseminate our culture and ensure that people of different origins, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, abilities and social classes can build their careers in an environment that respects plurality and inclusion, we created a space for our team to debate with leading experts about issues related to gender, mental health, social inclusion, race and people with disabilities, among others.

Promoting this exchange of experience, in addition to contributing to the issue of social justice, makes our entire team feel strengthened and valued as People.
