Our ESG Program has become an independent initiative that permeates the entire firm. The Social Responsibility Committee leads philanthropic and socially relevant actions. We promote an inclusive environment that preserves the well-being of employees and adopt practices to reduce environmental impacts.

Reciclocidade [Recyclecity] An initiative by Schalch in partnership with UNAS (Union of Centers, Associations of Residents of Heliópolis and Region), aimed at improving working conditions, supporting families, improving the quality of life of women who collect recyclable materials and the positive impact on the environment, through donation of a tricycle with load capacity for collecting 100 kg of materials and PPE.
