Lawyer with a bachelor’s degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2007), a graduate degree in constitutional law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2011), and an LL.M (Master of Laws) in business law from CEU Law School (2017). Partner at Schalch Sociedade de Advogados since 2008, heading the firm's litigation area. Stands out for his experience in strategic civil litigation, mainly in the business and contractual areas, with great expertise in the insurance and reinsurance industry, advising clients in cases of great significance, technical complexity and high financial value, both in the extrajudicial level, preventing litigation, as well as in the administrative, judicial and arbitration levels. Is a member of Associação dos Advogados de São Paulo (São Paulo Lawyers’ Association) and was an effective member, for 2 terms of office, of the Insurance Law Commission of OAB (Brazilian bar association) São Paulo chapter.
