Activities focused on major operations of the insurance and reinsurance markets, arbitration and administrative law. Highly recommended in loss adjustment in administrative claims and the Strategic Litigation, outstanding performance and successful cases in highly complex technical demands and financial aspects. It held the position of President of the Insurance Law Commission at OAB/SP. Acted as an advisor to the Legal Department of Housing and Urban Development Company of São Paulo (1999) and President of the Standing Committee of Bids of Housing and Urban Development Company of São Paulo (1999-2002). Co-author of Insurance and Reinsurance Book - Technical, Legal and Economic Aspects, published by Saraiva in 2010. Co-author of Construction Law Book - Studies about the several areas of law applied to the Construction Market, published by Pini in 2014. Co-author of Property operations Book - Structuring and Taxation, published by Saraiva in 2016. Member of International Association of Insurance Law (AIDA) - Brazilian Section.

Graduated from Law School of the University of São Paulo (1986-1990), where she majored in postgraduate degree in Corporate Law. Management training at Institute of Administration from University of São Paulo (FIA- USP) (1999). Arbitration course from GVLaw (2006). Executive LL.M in Business Law at CEU LAW SCHOOL (2019).
